Google has made YouTube Masthead ads on TVs available for all advertisers to buy on a CPM basis.

In early September, YouTube made an open beta available to advertisers that meant YouTube Masthead ads were available on TV screens. As a result of several successful test campaigns in a select few markets, YouTube has made the decision to make this a permanent feature.

Advertisers are able to purchase the YouTube Masthead on a single-screen only basis which runs runs only on TV screens, and as part of a cross-screen buy that runs across mobile, desktop and TV screens.
