Last week we had TWO promotions take place and this week we are proud to have another. A massive round of applause to the brilliant Hannah Brogan who has now been promoted to Office Manager. Yes, Hannah!! Hannah joined Mabo’s team in June 2019 and has excelled on a daily basis and we are extremely excited to have seen her appointed to Office Manager.
We spoke to Hannah’s Head Of Department, Lee Mableson to see what he had to say on Hannahs Promotion.
“Our first office manager!! Hannah’s been great for Mabo since the day she started in finance and has always pushed us and herself to be better. The additional responsibilities she has in HR and managing the office are down to the dedication, commitment and thoroughness she’s shown from the beginning. Hannah’s influence on the business as a whole is set to increase and she’s absolutely the right person for the job.”
Finally, we caught up with Hannah herself to see how he has taken the good news.
“I started at Mabo in June 2019 and got hired to work part-time alongside the Managing Director as a Finance Assistant so that I could spend more time with my little girl and still pursue a career. Throughout my time at Mabo, I have consistently taken on more responsibilities and this has now been rewarded by making me Mabo’s Office Manager!
This is such an exciting opportunity as it is a completely brand new role, so I have the opportunity to make it my own my duties include: Assisting in the monitoring of all financial transactions within the business including, analysing financial accounts, Invoicing, Processing payments and dealing with billing queries.
Processing Payroll and Pension payments for all staff. Designing the ‘Friends’ area with Sam and making Christmas Boxes for all of our staff. I am also stepping into a HR position so I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for me at Mabo.”
