Data Analyst

My role is to analyse data and convert that into actionable insights that account managers can apply to their accounts to help improve performance or to provide more insight into certain trends or fluctuations in data. I’m responsible for report creation for our clients and I assist the PPC team by researching new features to keep them up to date in an ever changing industry. I also manage our CSS service which is a huge challenge so it keeps me on my toes. On the side of my main duties, I do a bit of account work and look for ways we can push data analysis forward within the R&D department.

Before joining R&D, I was a Junior Account Manager with Mabo which gave me the analytical skills and understanding of PPC to progress to a more specialised role.

Away from work, I like to play guitar, listening to rock / heavy metal music (Metallica is my favourite band), playing difficult games such as Dark Souls or simply playing a game of snooker or pool making sure that I don’t pot the white.
