Kitchen Door Workshop had been with various agencies prior to Mabo Media, but they had always struggled to find the right balance between growth and efficiency. But where previously keyword bids had been stretched beyond profitable means in an attempt to achieve growth, we worked hard to improve quality score in order to achieve higher ad rank (and therefore additional traffic and conversions) so we didn’t have to stretch our cost per click bids to the point of inefficiency.

We’ve also been very pro-active in working closely with Kitchen Door Workshop to suggest and test new keyword ideas previously unexplored, and to diversify our marketing beyond just keywords in order to achieve growth at a profitable level. A few years ago that began with the introduction of Google shopping, which is now a key aspect of their AdWords account, but there have been many other successes along the way and we continue to keep their account ahead of the curve by ensuring they’re signed up to any appropriate new products and Google beta’s whenever the opportunity arises.
