Objective
New Era came on board at a crucial point in the year and just in time for the Black Friday sales. Unfortunately, in their current situation, it didn’t look as though they were going to hit their yearly online marketing targets.
We needed to turn this around and make sure we were able to hit revenue projections and the Black Friday weekend was an opportune starting point.
Our biggest obstacle though was the huge number of New Era resellers. We needed to get a bigger slice of those sales and direct potential customers to buy straight from the New Era site. With Black Friday just around the corner, we started with shopping as our main focus. The Shopping feed needed work so optimisation was a key priority.

Results
Taking on both of New Eras UK and EU Google Ad accounts was an exciting and very successful challenge for us. It was a challenge we were ready to take on and one that proved successful. New Era managed to hit and exceed their yearly targets by 2%. We saw some huge results off the back of Shopping Feed optimisation for Black Friday.
