totes ISOTONER has been a household name visible in high street stores for over 30 year.
They are the UK’s Leading Slippers, Slipper Socks, Umbrellas and Gloves Manufacturer.


After many years of using paid search advertising totes came to us with an already highly optimised account.
Despite this they were still striving to achieve more sales.


From analysing search query reports we were quick to notice that although their search campaigns were working well more could be achieved through shopping.
We segmented out the brand traffic and generic traffic allowing totes to bid less on generic search queries within shopping.


CPA through the shopping campaigns improved which meant more budget could be allocated per month. Net sales subsequently grew.


Overall account improvements meant we were able to reconsider the products which we were serving. Better optimisation meant we were able to advertise a larger selection of Tote’s online catalogue, re-introducing campaigns focusing on gloves and umbrellas which had previously been ineffective and unprofitable.
